I'm gonna try my 200 mesh - this 325 is a bit 'soft' for me... it makes lots of vapour though.
Raidy, does the flavor change much from one mesh to another? Or does mesh mostly affect throat hit/flash?

No, the flavour is the same. It affects only throat hit/vapour.
@slopes: make a bigger diameter 2,5mm and use "hotter" kanthal 0,2mm, so you get more flash. or use a 250 mesh, but thats strong. But normaly thats part 2

Really helpful conversion diagram, raidy. It's been a difficult week at work, but I'm looking into ordering mesh right now actually. 400, 325, and a 3rd sheet. 200 is worth trying too then?

no the Germans like a light pilsner, Bud is good for them to drink like water and serve (many years ago) to their childern without adding water like they do with ale.

I used to do something similar with mesh. You can bend it so it's a cup shape and put it in to the cart chamber with liquid behind it. If you space it correctly it'll rest on the bridge of an atty and wick that way...Kept running in to flooding issues and moved on to a different mod

Wait for part 2, it works well. but there's a trick in using.
Can you tell me if this would work? I'm not familiar with which type of stainless is safe to use.

Raidy - that reminds me of a model railway wick I came across the other day when looking up capillary mesh in Google...
Those railway fans are very keen on modding for smoke - they even use glycerol sometimes (for 'steam' effect) as well as oil too.
