So I took up vaping around 6 months ago... when I started I vaped a 0 nic then went from 3nic, to 6nic, to 12 nic, and then all the way up to 24 nic (at a very low wattage that high) at first I didn't have any problems and could hit my vape on 50 watts with 6 or 12 nic and could go run a mile feeling great and in great shape... then I noticed the more I did after about 3 or 4 months I started having problems at this time I was vaping at 24 nic running on about 5watts... workouts became harder and harder, I became more fatigued than I use to be and I noticed that I became very sensitive to vape... one time I think I got nicotine poisoning and had a panic attack my heart was racing it felt hard to breathe and I almost went to the hospital cuz I was dying lol... but before that I'd like to get really buzzed like get almost naseously dizzy but it'd go away after 10 seconds and then I felt like I was up on the clouds... I'd had very mild nic poisoning before but now after 3-4 months in I was having problems with vape in general I cut back majority and went from 24nic to 6nic to 3nic but all of them had an affect on me... I decided to completely pull the plug on vaping because I was tired of the panic attacks and .... it gave me... I still get very fatigued easily and my heart rate seems to get easily raised more quickly then it used to 4 months ago... also had shortness of breath for a while but that's recently gotten better and gone away... I may take a hit from time to time but if I do no matter the nic level or flavor my body always seem to have like some mini anxiety attack which is so silly in my opinion... and I really don't feel I can really draw in a HUGE deep breath I did some research and found that vaping at high nic levels for an extended period of time can destroy ur lung tissue in ur lungs... I don't know what to do cuz of the weird chest pains... I do have VERY bad anxiety and found that u can have weird chest pains with anxiety... I crave vaping all the time but every time I I almost have to pay I price for hitting a vape... could someone please give me some guidance... can I still vape? Am I allergic? Should I see a doctor? Or is it all in my head? Any input helps thanks

It could be something other then vaping causing this. When was the last time you visited a doctor. You should check in with your doctor and report what is happening.

When all this started was there any major changes in your vaping supplies?

Are you making your own juice or using vendor bought juice?

Your comment "buzzed like get almost naseously dizzy but it'd go away after 10 seconds and then I felt like I was up on the clouds..."

Indicates your using way to high a NIC strength.

I am not sure much can be offered without knowing the source of your "vape liquid." Since it is posted in the DIY juice forum, are we even correct in assuming you are mixing your own juice. If so, I would first suggest double checking your mixing formulas.

And I don't even know how to respond to increasing your nic level by double four times in six months of vaping.

What mix of PG/VG were you vaping? I agree that most people quit smoking at higher nic level and then lower it, not the other way around :) Why are you using nic? If it makes you sick, quit by all means and get some medical advice.
Nicing for the high apparently....

^^^^^^^^ Agreed..... Expecially there comment "but before that I'd like to get really buzzed". There are better and safer ways to get high but that's a discussion for a different forum. My question is, Why would you abuse NIC like that, is it ignorance of the risks? Or is this an attempt by a person from the anti-vaping establishment to stir the pot? Or maybe it's just my suspicious mind working over time.

New user + stupidity = WTF

My advice, seek professional medical opinions.

I started vaping at 48mg/ml...BUT what I used to smoke would usually put a 2 pack a day Marlboro smoker on their knees after a few inhales.

I'm much lower now and have been vaping for over 6years.

OP has a problem. I don't know if it is physical, or otherwise.

Thanks for the input everyone and yes I was a non smoker before I came across e-cigs... as much as I'm not proud of that fact I became a pfeen off of vaping that's why I increased my nic dosage to get more and more satisfied and have talk with many people and think it has to do with the anxiety from vaping and the nic overdoses as well as my body readjusting because there is no nic.. but thank you all for the input much appreciated

Nicotine for recreational use (to get a buzz on) is very dangerous. Please stay away from it and I would suggest you get examined by a doctor to make sure you didn't damage yourself permanently.

Update: Went to doctors and got an asthma test, EKG, and chest x ray, and blood tests, all tests came back clear except EKG in which the left side of my heart has an abnormal beat... I'm going to see a cardiologist to see what's really wrong with me I don't think that vaping is the culprit of this issue I think it's genetic... thank you all for advising me to see a doctor that way I now know what's really wrong with me
