Allow XL (6v Mod) Advice... Dripping vs. Cartomizer?

Ok, I hate the taste of anything that goes through a cartomizer. Perhaps I am doing something wrong, I will generally fill it until it starts to pool @ the top of the cotton inserts, this is normally around 10-12gtts (drops). I hate the taste so badly, I am willing to just use a drip tip and atomizer... I am told however, that this will burn up any atomizer out there.

Any suggestions, perhaps I have got bad cartomizers?

The taste I get from cartos have always been a little muted compared to an atomizer. Anyways, how long do you let the carto sit before you use them. Next time, try to let it sit for 20 minutes before you hit the firing button and take a hit. It takes time for the filler material and everything else to soak in the juice you put in there. Which is why you aren't liking the taste your getting probably.

Also, that's not true that 6V will burn up any atomizer. HR atties are designed to work at HV. So, 3 ohms would be perfect for 6V. Personally, I like the Cisco HR 306's. You should give a couple a try if you really like dripping:

IKV also makes HV atties but, who knows how long it's going to take for them to re-open.
