Honestly, they wouldn't be very effective. Most people
vape less than a teaspoon (5ml) per day...it's hard to weaponize such minuscule quantities. If someone had access to a poison strong enough to deliver a lethal dose from a <15W atomizer, it would be simpler to just add it to a victim's food or drink. Even if you had 100% Diethylene Glycol (the oft-cited "ingredient in antifreeze" that the FDA found
"about 1%" in one of the 18 cartridges they tested), it would take more than 100ml to deliver a lethal dose to an adult. (Oral, human: LDLo = 1000 mg/kg.) Don't believe the scare tactics.
