Sorry for this terrible contribution up front- I end up using my hand... As soon as I stash it or put it down I end up taking it out or picking it up so I can vape.

Don't worry, I'm in the same boat. :)

Haven't found a case option that beats simply carrying most of the time. If I'm mobile and I have to put the PV away, I put it in my pocket. If I'm stationary, it's either in my hand or on the nearest table/desk surface. If I'm in the car I place the PV in the little non-ashtray ashtray nook right in front of the gear shift. Where possible I try not to let the mouthpiece touch any foreign surface, but obviously I have to clean it often.

I came across an old lighter reel. My eGo V-2 Mega fit in it perfect, but the reel didn't have the strength to keep it rolled up, it would unroll a few inches and swing around. With as active as I am (no desk job for ME), I need a solution that keeps it stationary. Right now it rides in my shirt pocket with a lanyard as a safety catch for when I bend over and it slips out.

When out and about, I carry a couple Ego's in suit or shirt pockets.
Leave my bigger mods at home.
But heck, if they can make THIS, I'm sure I could get a suit jacket with a VAMO pocket, right?
