Alternatives to the short DID?

As you might have guessed by now, I'm looking for a shorter, more pocket friendly rba. If it's genisis style or not is of no importance. I do like SS wicks tho, so that's a factor, but not a deciding one. tank is a must. Not leaky is a must. Preferably no no-res setup, but I can cope with that too if need be.

It will go on top of a mech mod, and currently all I have is 22mm mods.

I don't want to spend a ton of money. However, this would be a crucial piece in my setup, and I'd be willing to pay for something that is just perfect for the purpose.

I'd be willing to fork up for a small hybrid, but don't think I got the patience to actually get one. Seems fairly impossible. ... or?

Finally, anyone able to post a pic or two of an Aga-T next to a short DID? On paper it doesn't seem a whole lot shorter.

As you can see I'm willing to compromise quite a bit to get the right size. What are my options, if any?

The RSST is actually nearly 1/4" shorter than the short DID.

Something for you to look at is the the Penelope by GG. It is very pocket friendly,will never leak. It is silica wick by design but some have used/use mesh. Not easy to find but their out there. I have had mine going on 2 years and still love it and use it.

Whoa! Aren't I the idiot! I've had one of those standing around, waiting for a mod. My problem is not lack of a short RBA, it's that I'm still waiting for the mod for it to show up. Thing is, it's been sitting with two tank sections on it, so I've thought of it as looong.

... and now I'll go decide if I should laugh or cry...
