say it with me

HARDWARE...CANNOT...BE...REGULATED

hardware is not a tobacco product and is not subject to the fda's authority

liquid nicotine is where we will see requlations or maybe devices sold with nic cartomizers already attached...otherwise hardware is not regulatable

Call me paranoid. I know this is not directly related to the FDA issues, but since some people seem to be using e-cigs for substances other than nicotine, and many states have anti-paraphenalia laws (not just illegal to sell, but illegal to possess as well), I do worry that the hardware may come under attack as well.

Hopefully companies will start making flashlight bulbs with 510/EGO threading, so I could still buy my VV/VW "Flashlight". Cartos, tanks, drippers, etc might be a different story.....

Trying to ban batteries, cotton and wire will be quite a fascinating undertaking.

The genie is out and it all smacks of nothing more than interference and trying to get a slice of an increasingly lucrative pie.

There is nothing bad about self regulation and in fact that is what smokers and vapers do every day.
