Less than a week ago, I bought an eGo-T starter kit, with 3 bottles of e-juice. It took about 2-3 days to arrive. As soon as I got it, I charged the batteries and got started...a few hours later, I decided to try out the 2nd atty, and noticed that it had no air-flow. I then went back and posted a very polite complaint at their web-help-desk. They're replacing the atty for free, and it's in the mail right now.
