After 3+ years vaping I have accumulated quite a few mods, Reos, Silver Bullets, eGos and all the other equipment that goes with them. However my daily rotation is always a Reo and 3 Silver Bullets topped with j-tanks. The color of the Bullet and tank tells me what flavor it is. Well my Storm-Trooper switch was acting up so I opened a support ticket and Chad told me about "the button tap trick". It worked for a week or so, but it needed repairs. I informed Chad that I had bought the bullet used and I was under no illusion of warranty, Just look at it and tell me how much I need to send. Well the directions were to put a $10 bill with a return address in the tube and he would handle it. My family and I do buy from Altsmoke so I was aware of all of the new store openings and how that might delay the repair time some. Well 7 days after mailing from California it was back in my hands performing like a new one. That my friends is how you do it. Hats off to Chad and Altsmoke. Customer service brings customer loyalty. I see a Silver Bullet-m entering the rotation soon. Vape on.
