Am I the only customer who hasn't had a perfect experience?

I have an auto batt that is funky after 3 weeks (still can work, but it was my fave batt) It sticks "on" now, and needs a 'blow' to shut it off after a suck.

My auto pass thru shuts off after every drag, it's really a drag having to unplug and replug after every drag.

1 out of three orders has been correct. :(

I also can't seem to get a refill that's close to the original cart. While a compliment to the original carts, I would think that an A&P (Airplane mechanic) would be able to do this simple task.)

However, thank you Steve!!!!!
30 days without an analog, haven't had one since I received my first order!!!!!

PS. Anyone reading this deciding if you should buy this product or not, buy it! Instead of thinking about my stash of analogs, which I have, I'm thinking about my e-cig. YES IT WILL HELP. :D

Try doing the a Thermo-flick on the batt. There might be a tiny amount of juice that got in. One of mine did the same I shook it like a thermometer and it went away. The manual PT is better never had a problem with it.

As for the carto, did you let it sit n' soak for a while? the longer, the better. Dont let the carto get too warm. A hot one maybe a sign its dying already. A burning in your back throat from a hit is a sure sign the atty is heating a dry wick and is burning residue and the filler material. You need to stop and refill if the vape gets a buttery flavor. If you wash your cartos and dark brown liquid comes out might mean the coil is covered in residue

Well, that's all i can think of now. Those are the things I've discovered and learned from over zealous use of my VK.

Refills can definitely be tricky. Having tried a few methods I've personally settled w/ the method described by kc0cmp in the video on the main page. I have found the wrist snapping helps the liquid get down into the batting more thoroughly than just leaving them sit does. But I prefer to use a few less drops (12-16ish) and just refill more often. good luck.

1 out of three orders has been correct. :(

I'm right at 50/50. Two were correct, two were not. I'd rather get exactly what I ordered than get "freebies" and be missing things. I won't bother to ask for a correction on my last order, as what it was missing was a case and they sent me a long manual battery which is worth twice as much-- but it would have been more convenient to just get the case instead, since now I have to place yet another order to get it. Hmmm, perhaps that's the plan? ;) I kid, I kid, I'm a kidder.

I used to work part-time for a mail-order magic supply place, and what we did was have one person pull an order and another check it off while packing it. Results in fewer errors.

I ordered a super sale kit and got one platinum battery that was doing the same thing you are describing right out of the box. I fixed it by VERY VERY gently sticking something down into the battery connection end until i felt/heard it hit the rubber plunger thing. the plunger just needs to be re-centered. I cant stress how carefully you need to do this otherwise you will destroy your battery forever. Alternativly, Contact steve or mark and i am sure they have a replacement with your name on it.

I believe both problems are related. It sounds like you are having trouble with refilling and that is causing liquid to leak into the battery & passthru.

Try this. When you refill a carto, put the little plug in the battery end. Make sure you don't overfill the batting. It should look saturated, but not have any liquid sitting on top.

After letting it sit for an hour or two, remove the little plug and blow through the battery end. This will clear any juice that has pooled around the atty wire.

I'm not sure how you can get the juice out of your batteries or passthru so they will work better. Hopefully someone else will chime in.

These guys are pretty good but so some things are bound to happen. Just seems like they always happen to me LOL :p

1st 2 orders went smoothly everything worked fine. 3rd order I wanted the 1000ma car adapter. I received the 200ma car adapter and it wouldn't power the pass through. I already had a 200ma car adapter for charging that didn't power the pass through so I really didn't want another one. I emailed support and was told it would be looked in to. No response after waiting for a few days so I emailed again. Was asked several questions was it loose or in plastic, some were labeled wrong and were actually 1000ma but said 200ma on the label. The fact of the matter is the damn thing didn't power the pass through which was the intent of me buying it.

I was told it would be ok to put a note in the comments section on my next order and they would take care of it. Well, I tried doing just that and my order was denied. Got some error that the address didn't match my account address even though I used the one stored in my account information on V4L website which worked fine on my 1st 2 orders.

I tried several times to place an order and verified address information was correct and every time the order was denied. I called my bank and they said the vendor was cancelling the order and not the bank. I emailed V4L they said it was the bank :-x. (What a wondefull world) Unfortunately for me when I place an order and it gets submitted to the bank, the bank immediately removes it from the available balance "EVEN IF THE ORDER DOES NOT GO THROUGH" and it stays in "BYTE LIMBO" somewhere for 4 days unavailable to me. So here I am with no products on order and $200 missing from my bank account for 4 ... days.

At any rate I've ordered from several other vendors with the same card and same address with no issues and life is good. Maybe some day way far in the future I might try again.

I have placed and received about 15 orders now, and the only one that had something missing was when Mark was out having surgery, and I know they were backed up and had new helpers. I had an extra in my order that more then made up for the mistake so no worries there. Mistakes do happen, but sorry it seems as if they always happen to you! That is a bummer! Give them a call and I am sure that any mistakes or non working items will be rectified.

If it makes you feel any better, while I always seem to get my orders correctly, I do have this uncanny knack for choosing the wrong line at the grocery store and end up spending way more time in line then I should! lol :)

Looks like I've placed 9 orders and every one of them has been correct, to date. It also appears that between roughly Aug. 27 and October 20 V4L roughly doubled all of their previous business -- and it appears to still be accelerating.

It's possible I've been lucky up to this point but I also understand 2 things. Any business growing that fast is going to have growing pains AND Steve - Mark and the crew will stand behind anything and everything. If they make any mistakes in the future I'm not going to spend time fretting about it.

Sorry to be so analytical but that's the way I am.

It seems like their answer to problems to everything is put it in comment box on next order and it will be taken care of.

Well, why should someone place another order pay another shipping charge to get what they ordered and paid for to begin with.

They should ship out correct parts asap at their expense not be telling people to put the problem in comment box on there next order.

No, they are busy working their butts off and it is simply more convenient that way - most of us order again, but I am sure that if you call or PM Steve that he will take care of you...

Of course you could compare that to the vendors who will replace, but expect you to return the items on your dime. ;) Steve takes you at your word and does not expect you to return it. Honestly, most people put in another order pretty quickly anyway, and I have never heard anyone complain about this method. I am sure if you call him and talk to him about your complaint you will be taken care of - that is just the way Steve is.

I could tell you the nightmare I had getting Totally Wicked to correct my order and how much it cost me to ship back THEIR mistake lol!
