I really like V4L's battery and PT styles, but I like to drip. You can't really do this with a cartomizer, can you? And if not, what size atomizer is compatible with the V4L batts and PT's?

Jade: There's kind of a way to drip with cartomizers:
check out this Youtube video by Wormwood at YouTube - My computer desk V4L setup, right around the 2-minute mark, where he popped the top and ring from his cartomizer and used one of the supplied covers to make himself a mouthpiece. With that setup, he can pop the cover off and drip into the cartomizer at will. He recommends using the manual PT, as they are sealed, but it is possible with the auto as well (that's what he has in the vid).

Of course, it's not like dripping straight onto an atomizer, because the cartomizer has the filler of a cartridge, so it will hold the flavor of whatever juice you drip on it, so you either switch carto's per flavor or you can rinse them out for re-use.

It seems like their answer to problems to everything is put it in comment box on next order and it will be taken care of.

Well, why should someone place another order pay another shipping charge to get what they ordered and paid for to begin with.

They should ship out correct parts asap at their expense not be telling people to put the problem in comment box on there next order.

I had a battery go bad and put it in the comments box with a small order. I did not have to pay the shipping to send it back. When I received my order, I received a new battery. In addition I received a manual passthrough and a car charger free. Steve threw those two items in and he was in no way obligated to do so. In fact most vendors require you ship the defective product back (at your expense) so they can check it...then they will ship you a replacement if they think the product they received was defective.... With V4L, there are NO hassles.

We always ASK that if you are placing another order soon to put a note in the comments and we will take care of it that way, and we always throw in a little extra extra in those cases too. But we have never refused to send out a replacement to someone that needs it that is not planning an order soon. I personally send out quite a few packages a day of just replacement stuff.

Great video and nice mod!

I'm a newbie vaper & am using the 'smokingeverywhere' e-cigs -- this is the ONLY company that has mall kiosks in my area (Napa, California).
I have two battery cartridges & think I may have ruined one -- it's okay because 'smoking everywhere' offers a 2-yr warranty...whew!
I do have a friend in the San Jose area who has talked me thru some of the basics, but sadly he's not close enuf to me to show me in person.
I think I filled my atty with the tobacco flavor instead of filling the spongy thing. Good thing I bought another cartridge.
I'm also confused re how often I can 'vape' -- every few minutes?

Lastly, any advice on how to clean my other atty would be appreciated -- I've spent over an hour reading posts on this site & I'm still somewhat confused. (And, yes, I tend to be mechanically oriented...it's just this is all new to me.)
Thank you, Sealight

I have never used the Smoking Everywhere e-cig myself, and you are posting in the V4L forum which is a different e-cig altogether. There may be some here who have tried that type and perhaps they can help, but you might have more success posting this in the general e-cig forum. Good luck to you! ;)

I have ordered from V4L 7 times with only one very small hiccup (1 box of cartos were the wrong flavor) which was no big deal.

We had huge battery issues for a few days and Steve/Mark/crew made it more than right with us!

As long as these things keep working for us (3 months analog free so far, woo hoo!) we will be loyal V4L customers. I did order cartos from another supplier one time but found that the small $$$ difference wasn't worth the lack of color-coded labels.

And of course the extra goodies make every delivery like Christmas! :)

I've had errors on two out of three orders, but the mistakes were not huge and both were corrected on the next order with apologies... and nice extras.

I think that the industry in general is growing exponentially as word gets out, and these e-cigarette companies - especially the good ones like Vapor4Life - are being suddenly inundated with new customers. It's a great problem to have overall, but my guess is that they are having some trouble keeping up with the upsurge in sales volume!

It seems as though the latest hike in cigarette taxes was proverbial straw that broke the camel's back for many of us - and we're flocking to e-cigs in droves. There have also been recent problems with US Customs screwing around with e-cig imports, causing supply problems.

We need to cut V4L and other suppliers some slack while they adjust to the new normal. I think we caught them by surprise.

had 10 or so orders no problems thus far. small hiccups are expected and at this level of service i could care less if they sent me the crappiest stuff on the face of the earth b/c i know they will make it right with no hassles. personally i think we are lucky to have such great customer service v4l takes a risk everytime they send out a replacement that someone is just scamming them, so they can do no wrong in my book. imho
