Been off analogs for 1 week now smell is coming back taste too but I am not coughing up any hairballs just a bit of speckled phlem now and again. I would think that after all these years I would be hacking up hairballs. I know it might sound strange but when I get the little bit of phlem I spit it into a napkin and inspect it to see what is in it that is how I see the brown specks. Did anyone else do this? Has anyone else had very little come out of thier lungs like I am getting ( or not getting as it were)?

Here, there, everywhere!
I haven't had much but I don't wake up coughing in the morning anymore either so not producing anything. I am still pretty stuffy daily.

However, I did notice last night driving home that my singing has gotten alot nicer and I can go longer without taking a breath...LOL. Off the subject a little there but it's funny how you slowly notice little things you took for granted. Congratulations by the way!

Yeah wolf have noticed the lack of wheezing and swear as I was singing in the car my notes were getting better. I used to sing in school and a band and could do Journey & Yes songs back in the day but I haven't been able to hit a high note for quite some time. I sang some Alice Cooper at a haloween party and had to stop to cough every so often I would really like to pick up my guitar and sing again I hope I can.

Funny enough I have been off analogs for a month and I haven't had a cough at all. my breathing has improved 100-fold but no cough. Can't say I'm sad about it either lol.

Same with me, been off analogs just about a month (was a 2 pad smoker) and not one cough! No complaints here! :)

My sinuses and breathing got noticeably better almost right away. I coughed a bit the first couple of days but I think that was mostly dry mouth/throat from starting to vape. My sinuses are MUCH better when I wake up so I'm not coughing in the morning. I seem hungrier so I have to watch that! Also food tastes more/better.

It's been a little over 2 months now since I've had an analog. I had a little bit of a smoker's cough but it went away in the first couple days off analogs. My breathing has improved a lot and I never coughed up anything. My sinuses have cleared up a lot too. I can smell someone smoking if they just have a window open from about 100yds and never even see them. I notice a lot more bad smells now, but a lot more good ones too so I guess that evens out. Food tastes great now, most anyway lol. Occasionally I will have a very minor cough or 2 my very first vape after waking, but then the vapor from my eGo is pretty big and thick.

PS- I almost forgot about it but the first week or so off of analogs I had a terribly runny nose. At times it was quite watery and would just drip like a leaky faucet. How I almost forgot about this I do not know I had to carry around a box of puffs everywhere and at times it was really annoying.

I notice how well I breathe when I go to bed....No wheezing and I can breathe through my nose!

This is the one that is getting costly for me. All of those years of breathing with my mouth wide open, I had no idea that I had a tendency to clench and grind my teeth at night. Just had my first major dental bill last week for that one. Oh well, better than a major medical bill for the alternative.
