I really am unlucky! :(

And so, in turn:
-Iatty - Iatty Upper Plastic has a not good thread. (Vassillis sent me this part-Thank you!);
- Ithaka with Ceramic - Center Post it is crooked to one side;
-JGG SS - "sharp" engraving;
-Esterigon - O-ring is visible between the venting cap and the tube.

These are the new mods and atomizers.
In addition to the Iatty it are still unused mods and atomizer.
Strange, because these were bought in the past four months.

Why do I have only bad luck? :confused: :grr: :cry:

I am sorry to hear about this sequence of unlucky occurrences, Risto..

If it helps, in relation to the esterigon venting cap o-ring, I have personally removed it completely. I am still not facing any issues while locking/unlocking as the installed battery is exerting enough pressure to not allow the venting cap to unscrew. Your mileage may vary! :)

1. Ithaka center post alignment https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ibvAtDmLm4g

2. "sharp" engraving can be polished smoother

3. remove o-ring from Esterigons venting cap. It is not needed and without it, will make your cap sit flush as well as much easier to screw and unscrew.

simple...bad luck resolved :)

I like the sharp deep engraving, It will become softer with the everyday use. I think it is not a defect, but a sign of a good deep engraving and it provides a nice grip.

Anyway, is better to have a deep engraving that can be polished many times without worries.

The off center pin on Ithaka can be fixed as River posted. You can check also if you're not giving too many turns of NR wire around the positive post (above the o-ring), that can cause an off center adjustable center pin.

Also do not over tight the rebuildable assembly against the base.

-Esterigon - O-ring is visible between the venting cap and the tube.

It could be a machining issue (just bad luck) but it could also be a bad o-ring. They aren't all created equal and have tolerances. It is possible you got one that is at the largest tolerance while getting a tube with the smallest tolerance and the 2 combined make it not screw all the way in. That being said I would try putting it on without the o-ring. If it screws on try making sure the threads are all really clean (use a cloth or possibly a toothbrush or something in case there is stuff you can't easily see) Also make sure the o-ring is lubed up really well. On mine unlubed the o-ring was so tight I had to use rubber gloves to get it hidden. However after I took it off and cleaned the threads and o-ring and lubed everything up it would screw all the way on. However in the end I just took off that o-ring because I didn't like how tight it made the cap.
