General rule (for me anyway) is 5 analogues to every 1ml of juice at 28mg.
At 18mg you looking at 1.6ml to every 5 cigarettes. The nicotine content may be equal to a lot more cigarettes, but the actual amount absorbed by the body through vaping is considerably less.
Hope this helps.
I concur but at 12/18mg. Even after a year, I probably go through 1ml in the time I'd have smoked five cigarettes. That's a pretty good forumla.
Nicotine will cause crazy dreams I was on the patch for a while and that was one of the things that made me stop using it. I had some of the worst dreams ever if I wore the patch to bed.
I'm wondering the same thing?? Especially because I'm having vivid dreams which I'm learning could be the result of my nicotine intake. I enjoy the dreams tho : ) lol
Vaping does have that almost 20 minute delay. If you vape just before bed, it might be like you lit up 20 minutes after you fall asleep. I enjoy dreaming too, good or bad.
Gotta say, vaping is great. When people ask me when did I quit I tell 'em I haven't quit I just changed my delivery method! Point of fact is that quiting never worked for me since I didn't want to quit, ever! So vaping is perfect. Now if I can get the cost down better. Hope I'm not vaping more than I was smoking.
Congrats triquetra. When you no longer light tobacco, you quit smoking. Vaping nicotine is not smoking. Welcome to the fourm.
At this point don't worry so much on how much you are vaping, just pat yourself on the back for every cigarette you don't smoke. Agree with the rest, pay attention to your body. If you get sweaty, headaches, feel funky, stop vaping immediately and drink tons of water. You are vaping too much or dehydrated. It will pass in less than a half hour or so and you can usually vape again. If it happens too often, lower your nicotine level. If you are vaping non-stop, still craving like mad, raise your nicotine levels in your next order. Some people vape lower levels at night or keep a higher nicotine juice around for severe cravings. Variety is good.
Take it all slowly and don't order huge quantities of anything until you find what works best for you. That will save you a bundle right there.
