60 ml is quite a bit, but if it keeps you off of analogs that's OK. Do you have any ill effects? Like dizziness, headaches, bleeding gums, etc. If not, you are not overdosing, you are doing what you need to to stay off the stinkies. What strength are you using? Maybe you could up it a little & vape less. The important part of your smoke-free journey at this point is to vape enough to stave off the need for cigarettes (and not overdose, of course.) You can cut back after the urges to smoke go away. You CAN do this! I smoked for over 45 years & have been smoke-free for over a year & a half. Keep on vapin' & if you need help there a lot of people on this forum who can & will help you.

Right now I'm vaping 32mgs of nicotine. I don't feel or see any effects of overdosing. I used to smoke 2 packs of Marlboro a day. Maybe I should cut down. But I don't want to go back to smoking analogs either.

WOW last person that Vaped that much died a very violent death! ;-) No worries Bro If you dont feel ill your ok, I vaped a bunch of 24mg when I first quit and in about 6 months started dropping MGs Im down to 12 now and very happy where Im at. Do what ever it takes to get off the smokes its not hard at all to drop the dosage once you get past smoking. One day you will just kind of relise wow I did not want a smoke all day and its a awesome feeling hang in there its worth it. If you do start feeling ill just drink a glass of milk and hit the couch for a 1/2 hr and vape a little less.

Sounds like you're doing about 10ml of 32mg/ml per day (~320mg of nicotine per day.)

That is quite a lot. Coming from a 2 PAD habit, most would use a lot less.

That said, as was mentioned, you'll generally know it if you overdo it. My guess is that you're 'wasting' a lot of e-liquid due to poor inhalation technique, and not really getting much of it, which is common when starting out. You'll most likely end up using quite a bit less as time goes on.

Seriously, why do you ask?

No two folk are alike in their nic/vaping requirements. If you suffer none of da above cautions, then continue to monitor your body's responses!

Will say that ya might want to 'dip da toes' into lowering your nic. Have your present nic level available as a stress 'backup' if needed!
