after being highly recomended by so manny ppl here on the forum i orderd my ego from cignot a few mouths back... it shipped and arived within a few days. perfectly.
well after having it for about 2 mounths one of my batts began to give me trouble. i figerd oh well i will order a nother. a few ppl i chat with sead hey send them an email. i thought about it for a wile and figerd ok cant hurt.
so i send my email out and 10 min latter my blackberry comferms a reply... it was vicky...... hond on to your seats ppl.......... she was at the airport waiting to get on a plane and return from vapefest!!!!!!!!!!!
she actualy got my email on her mobil and got right back to me.
if any one i do buisnes with had half the custimer care and respect she has i would never "shop around" absolutly blew my mind. i cant say enuf great things about the servise i get from these ladies.
and for the record 3 days latter i reseved my new batt and a prepaid envolope to mail back the funky batt.....
completly amazing... they have defenetly earned me as a custimer for life..
