So one of my 14500 batts stopped taking a charge a few days after i got it, so I needed batts, so I ordered 2 more and submitted a ticket in reference to the dead batt. just got an email they shipped the rma batt with my new order today.

I can attest to their service. I had an atty come apart one day, I mean totally separate from the connector after less than a week of use, and Mark sent me a replacement out lickity split.
