Most of you gave the typical smart-assed answers I was expecting. The small majority that didn't, I applaud you! Think green! No, I seriously do not go through a roll of paper towels a day, although someday's it truly feels like it. I have taken all the answers given here, sorted out the crap, sorted once more and came up with this: Either the washcloth I have been using or it's time to cut up the old flannel shirt in my closet.... Maybe I know somebody that can wear the darned thing..... Washcloth it is!

I keep a box of tissue on my desk and there's always fastfood napkins in the car. I don't know if that was a smart-... answer or not, but it's what I do.
I keep Puffs tissues next to the computer, next to the bed, in the car, etc, because I have to blow my nose a lot. So I just use those.
