I dont know whats going I'm not getting any emails from ECF for some reason...

Just an update guys ...
Let me be frank and honest with you...
Our first CNC guy change pricing on us when production started and we couldnt afford that type of pricing... The Current CNC guy now just came back from vacation and we were unlucky enough to catch the last of the line... 5 weeks away and we should pump out for the prototypes. I have 3 spots for Beta testers left...

I will not charge for prototypes Beta units... These will only be polished... Maybe later will nickel plate them...

As for pre-order please understand I hate taking peoples money when I dont have stock shelves... I will not accept pre-order because its not the way I do business. I'm taking the full brunt of this cost of manufacturing and I'm not a rich guy ( GOD I wish ) I still am just regular vaper like yourselves that want to offer quality products to you. So please please be patient with me because of all the hurdles I had to over come and alot of sacrifices to just get to this point. Once production start it will be a constant supply...

Thank you for your understanding....

Thanks for the update.

For everyone that wants to beta (including me) you should do a small contest of some sort. You know pick a number or something easy assuming you don't have any people in mind to beta for you.

No I have no one in mind for the last spot. That's a great idea maybe I can do that when I have the prototypes completed.

Or.............................let me try it out for you.........................Just Sayin.......................

Damn AG and I thought with three spots the three guys that chimed in on the first page of this thread (AG, CG, L2S) would be in a short line for testers. Ripp what do you mean "other forum"? There really is only one.

Good to hear the update I completely understand and appreciate your hard work, time ,and effort to bring this device to market, I would love to beta test one for sure and give you some detailed feed back but I know you have a lot of offers. Just hope it helps a little, Thanks again for the update and the hard work

Personal I think the beta tester ought to be someone who is going to put it through its paces, in the real world. Someone like a long haul truck driver, experiencing feeding in high altitude, and sea level, scorching heat and freezing cold, high vibration, etc... all in one day. Kinda like the old die hard battery commercials, a real torture test. Sitting on a couch in front of the tv vaping isn't really much of a test, sitting in my seat is. Besides, this would probably be the only way I could afford one. LOL

So, I nominate me. Haters get in line, gonna be plenty of flaming going on, wait your turn. LOL

Speaking of beta-testing... I'm vaping my version of the juice feeder that I built right this very moment! Instead of putting the "squeeze holes" in the side of the tube, I made a clear push button to feed the juice. The clear button gives a nice view of the liquid level, and I put a clear LED in the base of the feeder that lights up when the PV is fired... This lights up the feed button as well.

By the way, it feeds flawlessly... These guys really hit the nail on the head with this design. brilliant!

Picture of the assembled unit... I will clean up the tool marks tomorrow... There's no point in polishing a non functional unit, so tonight I vape... Tomorrow I polish!

Split apart showing detail of the connector... The brass disc is the positive connection to the top section, the ground feeds up the outside tube. The clear LED is in the center of the positive connection.

feeder2.jpg

Here's the bottle... A 16ga hypodermic with the tip ground off feeds the atty... A plastic tube inside the bottle feeds the needle

feeder3.jpg

The feed button glowing from the bottom LED... It's pretty bright, and seeing the juice level is quite easy.

Bottom view of the assembly... Showing 510 connector.

.....homina homina homina.....

By the way, if you need a completely BIASED opinion for testing from a newb who has never used a juice feeder, has no knowledge of wattage, voltage, or ohms, and doesn't own a mod yet (until my sparkplug comes in that is) keep me in mind!!!

Seriously though, beautiful design, even if I don't understand 3/4 of the features or why they are useful...my knowledge base = battery powers atty/atty heats juice/juice makes vapor/vapor makes me happy!

Just a look back to help keep things in perspective. Zen is not gonna make any lol. Hes got mad skills and they are reserved to his own personal use. In a sense hes a unofficial alpha tester :p
This is a pretty sophisticated design on the juice feeder... I turned out 4 of the parts last night on my lathe so I can get a leg-up on seeing this design in action! I'm impressed at the coaxial power feed they came up with... it's brilliant. I can already see that it's going to be a winner, but I can also see why they have to choose their CNC shop carefully... well executed, this will be a major improvement in Tube PVs, but tight clearances are a MUST! I'll be vaping mine by Saturday, but like I said... GREAT design work... I think you'll have a real hit on your hands!

BTW... I've already recieved PMs asking me to turn out a few extras... I won't so please don't ask!

-SNIP-......... all kidding aside, There is very little I respect more in this world than intellectual property, and while I am able to build something based on his design for my own personal use, I would absolutely NEVER sell one or even give one away to a friend. The design of this juice tank is borderline genius, and they deserve to make every dollar they can (and will).

Or perhaps it's such a pain to build manually without the help of CNC that I only have the patience to build a single unit... but it's probably Integrity...

Seriously though, nobody is ever going to build one of THESE with home depot parts!
