I was hoping mine would come today since I am in NY. Looks like Monday for me too 
blame usps, ever since the managers and some workers went on their annual 4 weeks vacation usps has been a mess.

IMO an official tester is anyone who tries a product and if the person wishes...they write what they think.. Everyone is an "official tester" 
official testers are all the people chosen that where sent Sapphires to test and review, they ranged from newbie all the way to fully experienced, some chosen are gotvapes family members here at ecf and 6 randoms.

I would love to see it...everyone has their own point of view and it is great to see them!! Go for it
you got sapphires coming so you only get a crumb.
