Fwiw Custo, just because people post here daily doesn't mean they buy stuff daily. I can understand your frustration for getting faulty gear and all of the hassle you had to go through. But that's no reason to accuse good people of being "plants". I wish you better luck in the future (and better manners on the forums). Hopefully you are able to find a company that works for you and you are able to vape happy :)

As for you "plant" comment..... My quest to take up vaping started close to 3 years ago now. I went through multiple companies, connection types, not to mention a lot of money, before finding V4L. On 12/23/10 my first kit from V4L arrived and thanks to what is now known as new menthol wow, haven't had a cigarette since. Has every item they released been a hit? No, but with the exception of a few mod makers there isn't a company that can say they never put out a dud (and those mods are $200 plus, and for some you're going to have to be on a waiting list to get a hold of one). What V4L can say is no matter what they've done their best to bend over backwards in the name of customer service. I'm truly sorry you had a bad experience, it is by no means the norm. There are no plants here, there are a number of people who are loyal to V4L because of their experience and how much the company has helped them to get off analogs.

While this forum isn't as talkative as it once was, same can be said for many sub-forums on ecf, and it's still busier than a good majority when compared to others.... It has to do with a culture change on ecf, not with V4L themselves. I won't go any further into it as to not cause any fights or mods coming down on me, but ecf as a whole is no longer what it once was.....

Moran, I think the decline in chat on ECF and V4L is because E-Cigs are no longer a novelty item, it's more mainstream. 4 years ago people could only find out about and talk about E cigs on a forum like this..being the Worlds largest, it of course got more threads then any one else. Also newer, bigger, better Mods and E-cigs came out of the group think. There was more "help" because there was no 'How to" anywhere else. Now on ECF and V4L you can find stickies and threads about every aspect of vaping.
The first generation of vapers have mostly moved on because they no longer need the daily reinforcement and support..that's a big win in my book! I know I couldn't have quit analogs without my fellow vapers.
The newer generation is coming up with even better soulutions to our problems. V4L continues to be a leader in that area. Do I sound like a fan girl? That's because I am LOL.

Custo, I have been a member of ECF for 4 1/2 years and a loyal customer of V4L for 4 years. I resent being called a "Plant". I have no affialiation with the company at all, except for being a customer. I never lie about my experience with V4L because I have no need to. They have been good to me and I return the favor with the truth. I don't complain on any forum, I take it up with customer service but if I had been cheated I would speak out because I have friends in this forum.
You got a bad deal..take to BHam when he comes back and see if it can be resolved.

Custo, call us "rabid fan's" but don't call us "plants"............I totally agree with Mary Kay's above comments. Look at our "join dates"......we've been around for awhile. Maybe we don't post as often but we are still loyal customer's. And like I said in a previous comment I do believe Smilin has our best interests at heart :) He got himself and us off analogs...............

That's a big part Ms. Mary Kay, and contributes to some of the culture change. That, social media, other forums and outlets, lists goes on contributed to it as well. Not knocking on anyone, which is why didn't really want to go into it too much. The most talked sections on ecf today are more focused on the specialty items that have popped up in the past 6 months, ones that require a lot of fiddling and learning curve.

These men and women who support us are genuine and I can't thank them enough for what they do.

I understand you're upset and our products didn't work for you. Do you have the order number for these orders? We stand behind our products because we make the best ecigs in the world. If there was an issue with any of your cartos or batts, know that we will replace them and work with you until you have a vape that is only the best! I can certainly look up those order numbers for you and would be happy to right our wrong with you. No one should feel slighted with us and I'm very sorry that you do. My personal experience with vapor was a nightmare. I got a battery and some cartos. Only 2 cartos were good out of 5 the other 3 were dry and burnt.

Then I went and ordered their OMG mod. The adapter nor battery worked properly so I was granted a return. I paid return shipping which was priority mail. They sent me a return first class mail taking a week to arrive. Not only that, they only sent back the mod and battery. I sent it all back but the tank. On the return I got another broken OMG mod. I informed them again and I was told I could have a refund.

Well I got refund, minus this and that and my return shipping.

I did not even get an apology. I ended up spending 30 bucks in shipping and minus the money they kept. I was told tough luck that's the way it rolled.

Well if I buy something I expect it to work, not spend another 15 bucks in postage. Only to be told tough luck. Had I known I would have never purchased from this company.

I personally feel they are con artists. They run specials and sales yet they raise the price on it to equal the original price or the coupon can not be used on most items.

Pretty much watch this hand while my other steals your wallet.

AND

like I said half the stuff is faulty and if you watch them. Half of the people on their forum (my opinion) are plants to get us noobs to buy more from them. Same people buying hundreds of dollars in supplies daily. I can't see someone (same persons) spending that much cash daily on ecigs and supplies unless that v4l is for the rich and famous.

Wait, I was told I was lucky they were taking the tank back because policy stated it was non-returnable. What????? It never worked in the first place so how could one not get a full refund.
