The draw varies by device. Friend of mine loves her CE5+ heads but to me it is like a wide soda straw. Doesn't feel like its working somehow. Conversely, she doesn't like the tight draw on my Nova, but to me it feels right..

I wouldn't judge flavors from N-Joy though. At least when I tried them (a year or so ago) they tasted like they were full of rocks and burnt dog hair.. Blu is much closer to the sorts of "standard" flavors you can get, but there are so many many options its crazy. (Today alone I've used menthol, reeces peanut butter cup, black cherry tobacco, mocha coffee and banana bread.. And that is just preloaded novas - and 1 CE4 - out of my carry case :))

I have had carto's that were absolutely flat or nasty tasting, set them aside for when the good stuff was low and didn't want to waste it. ending up finding out that some of the cartomizers i had bought actually weren't so bad after a little sitting around.
I would think that most od these companies would have enough just sitting around in stock to never really need to "steep" the juice but thinking about it if you are buying a popular flavor, that particular one/flavor may need some time to "mature" to get the real thing happening.

even with my favorite suppliers juice most everything they make isn't made till it is ordered, which usually 3-4 days of bouncing around in a mail truck, even then sometime i have to "steep" it to get the full flavor and throat hit from them.

Abe-
This is probably quite a lot to digest, isn't it ? !

You will find, in time...
This is an experience, and a hobby..a lifestyle.
You will quit smoking, if- and when you decide to.
There are so many choices, and new things and flavors, it will make your head swoon.
Opinions are like Bellybuttons- everyone has one.
(The people on ECF are funny and friendly)

I totally understand where you are coming from- You like it !
I know the pipe, cigar, cigarette and RYO, and the ritual of smoking.
(40+ year 2 PAD 'Burro Red' man-tried Everything except the pills, including hypnosis !)
It's the hand to mouth, the comfort of holding your warm pipe, the (used to be) social aspect, 20+ years of habit, the nicotine.

You may find that Vaping with good gear and a nice ejuice covers all of these bases.
The Vape gear has become my blankie, something to feel and hold- provides the hand to mouth action I am used to.
When you can draw in a nice big cloud of vape, feel it in your mouth and nose- exhaling a ring of 'vapor' to satisfy and taste the flavor...and get the nic that your body needs- without the tar, clay, carbon monoxide and the thousands of other chemicals in burning tobacco... you will be amazed.
I was...I quit smoking (32 days) the day I got my gear. Vaped like a fool that evening. The next morning- took the dog out, vaping gear and coffee cup in hand (ritiual). lit a buro and gave it two puffs- put it out...tasted bad.
My old companions tasted bad ????

Found that I liked my coffee and my 'coffee Vape' better than my old companions !

Think you might too.

Drink Plenty of Water, and we all wish you The Best !

Yes and no. I've been researching for days really. Trying to figure out what would be a good starter set up for me, finding this forum and watching youtube videos about vaping. I'm sure more experience will help me later but right now I'm mostly in the doing homework stage. I do plan on going to the flea market and checking out that stall I spoke of. If the owner is a decent guy that is great. If not, I have the net.

Also having the forum here is a great help. With all the people on here they have literally centuries of experience with these things. And I fully expect some experimentation will be necessary.

As to the water, even with my limited experiences with the NJoy kings--I've noticed that I need to drink at least a pint of water before I vape on it for any length of time longer than one or two drags.

As for the smoking tasting bad...hasn't happened yet. We'll see though. A lot of people say that, so its probably true. I remember I doubted the statements "once you get used to a pipe you'll never go back to a cigarette" from old pipe smokers too. My first experiences with aromatic tobaccos were terrible but then I found Prince Albert (my all day) and no cigarette can come close to it imho.
