I'm not sure what to tell you since you've been off cigs almost twice as long as I have.

My strongest cravings came the first few weeks, but faded over time to where I hardly ever "seriously" think about it anymore. However, I do have fond memories of those first couple in the morning with my coffee. I do think about that sometimes.

A month or so ago, I ordered some WTA because of reading posts here about it helping some people get over their cravings. I ordered more out of curiosity than anything. Mainly to see if it would provide that satisfaction of those first couple in the morning.

Well, I got a bit of a head rush the first few times I tried it full strength, but that feeling quickly went away.

WTA provides something I prefer, because I still use it a few times a day (first thing in the morning, after meals, etc), but it doesn't give me the same feeling as cigs. Oh well. :)

Hang in there. Maybe up your nic level through the tough times, or maybe try the WTA. Some folks say it gives them just what they needed. Good luck.

Been mostly analog free for about 3 years now. There are a few times I still crave a analog. Just wondering if anyone else gets this way, and if so what do you do to avoid the cravings? I work in a contact center and after a bad call I crave an analog. Also drinking does it every time. Suggestions? Stories? Replacement fluid to analog?

I've been totally cigarette free for 2 1/2 years now. I took my vaping to zero nicotine after nine months and have been at least 95% nic free since then. I do not crave a cigarette anymore no matter how stressful life gets for me.

Drinking is the one typical time I still add a bit of nic to a tank.

How much nic do you habitually vape?

I know this isn't a popular solution, but I use a cigalike. The only times I get a craving though is when I drink and the morning. I keep a smokeless image volt with a menthol juice around. One it feels more like smoking and it gives me that menthol taste I want and used to during the morning and when I drink. So in the morning I'll drive to work using it. Also it counteracts the being around smokers and wanting to do what they are doing. It looks and feel the exact same. It isn't the best vape but in the morning waking up and at times when I'm drinking it's more about the taste of the menthol and ritual. The rest of the time it's my nautilus, et-s, and rda's. It's not the easiest setup to maintain but it works for me.

I just chain vape till it goes away. I smoked 42 years so I will likely have to fight cravings the rest of my life. After a year of no smoking at all, cravings are less often. I never want to take the risk of going back smoking so I don't even consider lighting up if/when cravings comes. Good luck to you. CHEERS!
