Yes, this is indication of withdraw. It sounds like you may need to up the nicotine level. The withdraw you experience with the other chemicals are different, usually.

Edit - I just noticed the fact you haven't had anything for a month. More details? Has your usage changed? Different juice? Anything you can think that has changed? Most chemicals don't start with problems this late in.

Ive been at 30 for about 2 weeks now after 2 weeks of switching between 18 and 36.... but I have been cutting back on how much I vape.... increase my vaping maybe?

Edit, been around a lot of smokers the last two weeks, maybe withdrawls from something in the secondhand smoke since I havent been around a smoker since friday morning?

Yeah, go back to the same frequency of vaping or just increase at full strength. It sounds like too much of a cut down too fast.

If it was me I'd go back to the same frequency and use the 18 to cut down the 36 just a little at a time (if they are same flavor or will taste okay mixed). It usually takes 2 weeks to get ready for the next step down. Definitely not both cut downs at the same time.

I've personally been at 24mg pretty much the whole time I've been vaping. For me, 18mg just doesn't do anything for me. Maybe you could find a happy medium between 36 - 18 and just stick with that. When I get frustrated, I take 3 or 4 drags in a row without letting my hand off the activation button, seems to calm me down a bit. lol

Not unusual at all for someone that's been successfully vaping for 4-6 weeks to experience some withdrawal symptoms that haven't shown up before. No reason to raise your nic level all day, but some vaping a bit higher nic a few times a day may help right now. As you've said that you've cut back on the amount of vaping you've been doing I'd first suggest staying with the nic level your on and just vaping more often to see if that helps first before upping your nic level.

No analogs in a month is great :thumb: but don't rush the process to cut down on vaping or your nic levels. We're all different and your body needs lots of time to adjust to its new no cigarettes life. :)

Thanks. My vaping habits follow my analog habits.... vape first thing in the morning, before and after meals, before bed and just about once an hour in between....
When driving alone and more often during the week than the weekends. The cutback on vaping wasnt exactly intentional.... I have been noticing I can go a lot longer withiut a vape and just havent been feeling the need to vape as often....

Upping the nic back to 36 won't help me any, I can't vape it all day like I can 30mg for some odd reason....

Itd just be nice if I could concentrate.... work kept me too busy to focus on school this week so I have two graduate research papers due in 12 hours and pretty much all I have done is typing my name....

I guess a lot of it is more work and school stuff and not having analogs to ease into it all.... vaping doesn't take my mind of stuff since I can vape in the house at times when I had to go outside to smoke.

Been waking up at 0300 all week instead of 0600 for work. Been outside in the sun all week when I'm normally in a shop.... been snacking all day instead of regular meals all week with the work schedule.... waking up 3 hours earlier but not getting off 3 hours earlier took away time for school.... my son has decided his bedroom is scary and too dangerous to sleep in there so nights have been rough.... and all of the wife issues.... thankfully next week for school is easier and doesn't have two papers due the sane week and work goes back to normal and the wife.... I should be looking at getting some new juice in the next two weeks, too....

Isnt that the lyrics George Straight song? ;-)

Just keep your eye on the goal. Life will happen weather your quitting smoking or not. Your doing great dont fool your self in to a smoke. It really dose get easier it just takes a little time one day it just kind of dawns on you Im a non smoker and its a great feeling!

Just about finished with one paper, been vaping a lot more than normal.... still pretty hard to concentrate, its like I have add or something....

Thankfully, its an intro to graduate work class so the papers are short but its unneeded stress trying to do both only hours before they're due....
Feeling a bit better, we'll see if it sticks when the wife and kid get back from the birthday party....

Up the nic...it's your body/brain letting you know your still craving it and not ready to reduce. Just went thru the exact same thing last week..and I've been off analogs well over a month. I tried cutting back on vaping/nic...I was not a happy camper.

I feel your pain! This will probably visit with you over the next few months, as it has with me. I feel mostly flat line.....miss the highs with anologs. Still not bad enough to go back though. Keep chasing flavors and stuff - It keeps your mind off the real thing!!!:toast:

That has been my experience as well. Vaping certainly doesn't give you those extreme highs and lows like tobacco smoke. I can't say this will pass, but you will get used to it... After almost 3 years of gaping I no longer miss the highs and definitely want nothing to do with the lows of the analogs.
