Analogs in my face! AHHHH!!!

Soooo. Had somebody do a really nice thing for me. Sent me a nicely put together "care package" out here to the 'Stan. To truly drive this nice jesture home, they sent me a carton of my favorite analogs...uuuggghhhh. So what would you do with these things!? I don't want to just throw em away, and they are Marlboro Skylines which oddly enough nobody in my unit seems to like but me. I admittedly had a few, and they were pretty amazing...until the headache set in, my mouth tasted like holy hell (a few vapes of straw banana smoothie from altsmoke took care of that) and I smelled an ashtray following me around all night long.

So what to do!? I know if I keep them in my locker I'll just smoke them no matter how gross I feel after each one. I'm fresh out of ideas!

well...since you're at a fort and you mention your unit....i'm assuming you're in the military....with this knowledge firmly in hand now....i have two incredibly freeing words for you: target practice.

if that doesn't suit you well enough, lets add two words and spice it up a bit: target practice with EXPLOSIVES!

if not then you can always take a jar, fill it halfway with water, dump a pack of cigarettes in there, cap it up and let it sit for a couple of days.... and you've just created some mighty fine insecticide...that should help you realize that those disgusting things are concentrated evil and help you move past them and all their desire...either way man good luck.

funny, kinda what i did with my last pack....i discovered vaping, and dropped my girlfriend off at work in the french quarter, a guy asked to bum a smoke so i gave him all that i had.....of course the guy that asked was a wasted frat boy on bourbon street that blew all his money on booze for spring break and not some homeless guy, but essentially the same

While I love the explosives/target practice approach, the brass doesn't look to kindly on us aviation guys expending rounds without a good excuse...it's a new army . I do like the homeless guys on the street approach. Tons of LNs (local nationals) here who smoke like its 1952 and would probably about die for a free pack. Kinda a quit smoking whilst winning hearts and minds campaign. I believe I'll give it a go....results to follow!

That's tough! When I quit I still had six unopened packs (had no intention of quitting when I started vaping). I keep a pack or two in my car and give them to the homeless with a couple bucks if I have it. If you don't have the opportunity to do that, then I say take a deep breath and 86 'em.

Sorry for the double post, but I was just reminded of a great little story. My husband was traveling India and a local old man sort of asked him through gestures for a smoke. Husband smoked camels and gave him one and this guys exclaimed, "Ooh! Sweeeeet Camel!" So maybe the locals will find a similar exciting novelty in your smokes!

Here's hoping wonderland! I can't imagine they wouldn't. One of the more popular brands out here is called "Pine". Im pretty sure they may actually be cheaper than buying juice for your e-cig...but jesus, they make a good ol Marlboro taste like the most wonderful juice you've ever vaped. I mean, these things are truly awful. So, I'm sure I can elicit some "sweeeet camel" style reactions! We'll see tomorrow after I pick them up and hand them out.

btw, how do you like the straw banana smoothie ??? I have just moved to a mod from lil 510 rechargers from walgreens/gas stations. Used to smoke menthol, so did that on the 510. I am wondering what it is like to go from that or even reg tobacco to a fruit vapor...

robtest...I subsrcibe to pbusardo's statement "taste is subjective". I've vaped friends flavors that they love and to me it tasted like the bottom metal of a copenhagen can. That being said, I am a fan of fruit flavors, and converted over from Marlbor menthols/skylines/smooths. I REALLY like the straw/banana smoothie from altsmoke (and letting others try it I have heard no complaints). Also really like their warm cin-a-bun. I got their RY4 and it's just meh and also a bottle of "snozberry chill" (think menthol with fruity COPYRIGHTDMCA). I really dont care for the snozberry; maybe just because it's cold outside and I'm looking for a nice warm vape?

Either way, I would at least try the straw/banana from altsmoke. No matter what you get, you're probably going to love it compared to the gas station 510s. My first was a little proprietary gas station doohicky that was TERRIBLE...but intriguing enough to get me going. Trust me, get whatever sounds good to you and you'll probably forget all about trying to find something that fits with what you used to smoke!
