Once you find a juice that you like, order it in bottles and refill your own cartomizers. It will be a lot cheaper in the long run. I've never owned a Volt but hear great things about them. Just becareful not to get juice down in the hole in the batteries if they are automatics. If you do, it kills the sensor rendering your batteries useless. If you refill your own or get to that point, just make sure you disconnect from the battery prior to refilling and then gently blow out the extra, wipe off the connector, and screw it back on.

w1cked, free shipping applies when your order subtotal is $55 or more. I believe Smokeless Image is expecting more supplies soon. SI just had a wonderful Thanksgiving sale and I know a lot of Volt fans ordered a lot of stuff, me included. I don't think you will be disappointed and keep your eye out for the next sale offering - SI has them quite often along with contests. :)

Pretty sure that SI's free shipping is for any order over $55, and it gets automatically upgraded to USPS Priority Mail (LOL, I've never had that much to spend myself).

Lately the cartos have been selling out faster than usual because they seem to be growing in popularity really, really fast (I'm a regular in the official SI thread and new people are popping up all the time), and now they're having to contend with the increased scrutiny of US Customs - something odd about those people - seems like they don't want us to get our stuff. You're also catching them after a bunch of consecutive sales, and when they have those, people tend to stock up and wipe out the supply (yes, they're that good). One thing I've learned about SI though, is that they're incredibly responsive and they don't tend to be out of stuff for very long. I can say too that their cartos last a really long time. I started out with 20 cartos that I regularly cleaned and refilled, and got by for a couple of months.

I only use manual batts, but have been hearing great things about the sealed autos. You still wouldn't want to overfill, but if it happens to drip a little down the middle of the post, there's no hole on top of the batt for the liquid to get into the circuitry - the holes are on the side of the batt post, but your carto would probably have to be grossly overfilled for liquid to get in that way. Easy enough to avoid - just blow the carto out and wipe it down before you screw it onto the batt.

Call them and make sure that you got the new 1.5 amp AC adapter, in case you ever want to try it with the passthrough. Do it quickly, because they ship really fast!

These will be sealed autos, so while they are not juice-proof, they are more juice-resistant than the typical auto. Holes on the side instead of the middle.

Good luck, I know you'll enjoy your new stuff. Come visit the SI thread to stay in the loop on sales and new products (new PCC coming soon) :)

You're going to love your new Volt! I too started with a Green Smoke kit, then I bought an Ego-T kit, and then finally the Volt. The Volt is by far my favourite! They've got fabulous customer service and really quick shipping. You won't regret your purchase! Let us know what you think when you get it!:toast:
