It is liquid electrical tape. got it at home depot, $5.00 a bottle if I remember right.

How did it take you?

I like it a lot, it was a pain trying to cram everything in there lol. it took a couple days, mainly waiting on the liquid to dry. those readings in the pics show the volts before adding a tank. while vaping it fluctuates depending on the ohms of the atty. But it hits anywhere from 3.3V - 4.75V
