I wanted to give this article/thread a bump. It's old... but I just came across it. However, the links noted are excellent. They link to studies regarding the vaporization of cannabis use and the health benefits.

While our ecigs should not be used for illegal drug purposes... I do believe the studies are definitely worth reading for those who are interested in the effects of vaporization vs. combustion.
