Well, I read up a bit on what they want to pass and it's evidence that many in positions of power to make laws are totally clueless about E cigs.

From point 8.....“tobacco product” means a cigarette, cigar, pipe tobacco, chewing tobacco,
7 smokeless tobacco, snuff, roll-your-own tobacco, cigarette papers or tubes, pipes for smoking tobacco,
8 electronic cigarette, or any other product containing tobacco that is intended for human consumption.”.



E cigs do not contain tobacco!
