Walmart money card, just put the amount I'm going to spend, order online no worries. A little inconvenient to go to Wally World and have them fill the card but I never give out my debit card number online and no impulse buys either, so win win.

You can transfer money to your card from the website.

Interesting, I did not realize, but my Citibank credit card acct. has an "app" you can download that creates "virtual" credit card number that is only good for ONE purchase. You can create as many as you want, but each one can only be used once! I think from now on that's what I'll do

My card got hit last month. So I got a citi card specifically for the Virtual number after that. Works great. it creates a number that can only be used at one place. you can set a time and/or money limit on it.

You really do need to name the vendor, or you're doing no one any favors.

Does someone have a list of the ecig vendors that are involved in these card frauds?

How do you know absolutely for sure who the guilty party is? One can make assumptions because of a recent purchase, but to accuse without absolute definite proof is unfair.

People really need to Google (or Bing) credit card fraud, and how your information can be compromised before making assumptions.
