Placed an order mid last week for more DIY flavorings and other odds and ends -- I really need some flavors in gallon sizes I'm realizing now. After placing the order, I noticed I'd forgotten some items. I was worried I'd have to place another order and incur more shipping charges and sent a note to Dawn explaining the problem. Within the hour, I had a reply, with a revised invoice attached showing the items I forgot added to the original order. Once again, Dawn saved the day for me.
I know there is a caveat on the front page of her site about processing and shipping time, but I always seem to get the orders faster than anticipated. Had the new revised order delivered today. Considering the time of year, I was impressed to say the least.
Kudos to you Dawn for helping me save a few bucks and for so seamlessly taking care of MY error with the order.
Can't beat the customer service and shipping speed from DIYFlavorShack. Another wonderful experience. May be slightly off topic, but really like the little 6 packs of flavorings.... a very good deal.
