This sort of place busts my buttons! This is exactly what I was told when the rez that I got my cigs at put up a display of e-cigs. I'd never seen one before and decided to drop $40 and try it. I was told that the 5 carts were equal to 5 CARTONS of cigs! How awesome, I thought.

More like 5 PUFFS....maybe! The whole kit was dry as a bone by the next morning. I took it back and demanded a refund and, fortunately, they gave it to me.

I'm soooo thankful that I didn't give up then and there! I can't help but wonder if that is exactly their intent.....to frustrate a person so much that they keep on smoking, thinking the e-cig is worthless. Instead, I went on a search and found this forum. The rest is history.....

Since WHEN does 5 packages of pre-filled cartridges come even CLOSE to 65 PACKS of cigarettes? The amount of eliquid in each is PERHAPS the equivilant to 3 CIGARETTES.

Unfortunately, it is companies such as yours that are RUINING e-cigarettes for people that are looking to use them to replace traditional cigarettes. You make wild claims and sell overpriced kits that do not live up to your claims, leaving the unfortunate person that purchased it disillusioned and perhaps even thinking that THEY'VE done something wrong, stopping them from using this AMAZING product and returning to cigarettes.

Please note that I, along with 1000's of others, were directed to your site from chat about your prices and false claims on one of the most influencial E-Cig Forums on the internet, where most people find their information. Hopefully those that WERE unfortunate enough to purchase your product find US and we'll be able to point them in the right direction before they go to the store and buy a pack of cigarettes after telling all their friends that e-cigs are nothing but a big SCAM.'

There's not a cartridge out there, either pre-filled or RE-filled that gives you 200 drags.



I appreciate your offer of a warranty replacement, but, rest assured, I certainly DON'T have one of your kits.



As for your question regarding what other company offers a warranty like that? Most of them do. Contact Joye for some guidelines for both your pricing and what claims you should be making on your website.



While I applaud your efforts to get the ecig 'out there', your claims are PATENTLY FALSE and will only discourage and anger a new user.'
