Well here's a link for an introductory price of $25.00 http://store.vape-street.com/product/matrix-tank/ personally I think you'd be better off with the High Voltage Tank. It doesn't look like the drip tip on the Matrix closes. On the High Voltage when I opened the drip tip it seemed to suck more juice into the tip. You want the air to be pulled through the coil and opening the tip lessens that. But whatever you decide is what makes you happy !

How have the consistency of the coil heads been on the High Voltage?

I've been using my current one for like 3 weeks. Definately taste flavor that I dont taste in the Melo and Atlantis coils. Only thing you have to watch for is I had one out of the box that didn't work. It was like a 10 second fix. Because they dont put an L bend on one of the legs when they put them together the coil wire can push down and have no contact. So if one is bad you pull the end off by the insulator, pull up the wire a bit and put it back together and it's fine. Had it only happen once. However like I said I just dont get the flavor that I get out of this tank in any other. Maybe because the coil wire is so much heavier and your running it at higher watts than the Atlantis. I run my tank at 40 watts. That same link above has the High Voltage for $30.00
