Is the High voltage tank aka the Matrix?

I received the High Voltage tank for free from one hit wonder while buying 2 bottles of juice. Now I am looking for replacement coils. The is literately no info in the packaging. Is it also called the Matrix? Also any suggestions on where to get cheap coils? Thanks.
