Hey guys, another new vaper here. I started with Blu last year, but found them to be lacking and too expensive, so I gave up on vaping. Although the Blu ruined analog cigarettes for me (I could no longer physically handle their taste), I ended up smoking black&milds instead. After a year of smoking them I couldn't stand smoking anymore. So, I ordered a Volcano Inferno last week and have been using it since it came a few days ago. So far I'm loving it.

I also ordered an eGo twist, after hearing it praised so much here and elsewhere, and I am planning to make that my main battery, once it gets here, and just use the volcano ones for back up. I'm also planning to get a vivi nova tank in a week or two when I can afford some more vaping supplies.

So, anyway, I had a few questions:

1. I've heard on another forum that [polyfill?] cartos can grow mold/bacteria if they sit too long or something. I have a carto filled with juice, just sitting around because I though it was broken (it's actually working fine), is it okay to let it sit and use it in a few days/weeks?

2. Do I need a charger specifically intended for the eGo twist, or can I use the USB cable and wall charger that came with my inferno (the wall charger is 500mah, if that's important)?

3. Which heads should I use on the vivi nova with the eGo twist? Should I get replacements for all the varieties or just certain ones?

4. Can anyone recommend some decent, inexpensive cartos to use with the eGo as well?

and last but not least:

5. Since fall's here I was wonder if anyone could recommend some good seasonal flavors (pumpkin pie, etc.)

And I just wanted to thank you guys; this site is great and really informative. I just wish I had found it earlier.

A few days or weeks SHOULD be fine. PG is anti-bacterial. IDK about mold/fungus but that would assume water and PG/VG is Hydrophilic so I'm guessing it's OK.

There are 2 parts...the wall adapter is a "generic" A/C to USB converter. The important thing is the output amps. It has to be at least as big as the input amps of the charger....in other words, it has to supply enough current (amps).

The charger should normally be matched with the device. There are compatabilities between devices, but ask the vendor and/or check their website or sub-forum here to be sure. In general, don't switch em around. Keep same-same. Even to the point of labeling them.

IDK what you mean by "get replacements for all the varieties". If you mean ohms, ...no... you don't have to. I'd stay mid to high range...2.0 - 3.0 ohm range. I got the 2.8 heads.

4. Can anyone recommend some decent, inexpensive cartos to use with the eGo as well?

Sorry, not going there. Hate cartos. :)

I DIY so sorry again.

Hope it helped some.

Yeah, it definitely helped some, thanks. By "replacements for all varieties" I did mean ohms.

Hello 'Ali, I'll try to answer some of your questions.
1. I don't use poly filled cartos, but nevertheless, I don't think there is any problem if it's filled with juice, could be allright as long as the juice stays good, which could be a year or two, depends on the juice ultimately. The problem with mold could be if they are wet from cleaning and don't dry quickly.
2. Should be able to use the same charger.
3.I'd get the 2.4ohm if I had a choice, but at first it would'nt hurt to get all three and decide what you like better. I just suggest 2.4 because it puts you safely in the middle to use the full range of the twist.( 3.0 to 6.0v's)

I'll leave the last two for someone else.
