(...) I don't want syringes and stuff laying around with kids and all. I want to
buy the pre-filled.
I totally understand how you feel, I was nervous about that aspect too. I'm a diabetic, though, so it was more the idea of bottles of sweet smelling nicotine lying around for kids and pets to be curious about- I'm pretty used to keeping syringes out of reach. (BTW, insulin syringes do
not work well for
eliquid- the needles are too short and thin) If you are uncomfortable with syringes, though, you can use a pointy eyedropper, or even just carefully drip the liquid directly from the bottle if it has a dropper top (some companies don't use a dropper top bottle (I'm sure that's not the technical term for them, but whatever)).
What you need is a lock box to keep your juice and supplies in, you can pick them up fairly cheaply at your local evil super store with either a combination lock or a keyed lock, my pref is for the combo lock, because the cheap key locks are... cheap. And easily picked.
I watched a few you tube videos that demonstrated several methods of filling the cartomizers, and it really isn't difficult, no matter which method you choose- you won't screw it up, I swear. You just need to be patient with yourself the first couple of times, and don't be afraid to be adventurous. Order some sample packs of flavors that appeal to you, a few empty cartos, wait til the kiddos are asleep and go for it. You may be surprised at how easy it really is and what weird flavors end up being your favorites.
When I first got my kit, I assumed I'd prefer tobacco flavors, because they'd seem more like cigs, but I bought a pack of chocolate cartos just for fun. As it turned out, the tobacco really did not satisfy me at all, but the chocolate? Yum! And the banana... omg. Since then, I've found that my desire to try new flavors far outweighs my desire for the convenience of boring prefilled cartos- I'm
vaping a one of a kind mix of peach and watermelon (both from MsT's Bakery) right now that is to
die for. And I was
so sure I wouldn't like fruit flavors.
Anyway, good luck, and enjoy!
