There are many online shops in the GTA that sell both. Happy Vaper for 1 sells both. MapleLeaf Vapes another. I wont list them all, but if you request the list of Canadian suppliers from the thread in the Stickies at the top, you should have a good few you can look at.
But what this guy wants is a store he can walk into. Unfortunately siupes, Health Canada still hasnt given it's stamp of approval yet on these products, and no grocery store or the likes hold these products for resale.
A few suppliers in Canada to have shops open, but most of those do not sell juice with nicotine in it. Your best bet at this time is shopping online. Many sell mods, but none of them sell ALL mods under one site. You'll have to see which shiny toy you prefer and go from there.
Good luck finding the vendor that has everything you might want.

Welcome aboard! Yeah, the vaping market is, unfortunately, not exactly huge, and brick-and-mortar stores would be a massive risk for anyone attempting such due to the current situation with Health Canada. There are a couple of brick-and-mortar stores here in Ontario; eVape has a store in Wasaga Beach, but they're a bit pricey for hardware and don't sell juice with nicotine. eCultureStore has a shop in Markdale, and he does sell juice with nic, but his selection of E-cig-related stuff is limited (and it's not all he carries, it's just an adjunct to the rest of what he carries in his store).
Other than that, yeah, online is where you gotta go to get the good stuff.
But I don't mind that myself, and we have a good number of vendors here in Ontario alone, so we're pretty well covered.

well there is one place i know that sells ecig stuff and is a reseller of 3-4 popular brands, and they just opened up a seperate joose store, I know the owner is the same in both but dont know if you can do 1 total shipping cost from both sides of his sites
I think you're referring to Sebastien and CEVstore/Canadian E-Juice. I'll have to ask him if he combines shipping between the two sites actually.

Isn't there a vendor in Southwestern Ontario region near Goderich or something that has a storefront that sells juice (JC maybe) and hardware? He also sells coffee out of there IIRC.
I think that's the only B&M out there but I could be wrong.

I do love the woodvil idea but appreciate how clean reo grand is build. I'm not sure if vv won't make it more fragile.

I've been working in Oakville all week in Oak Wood? Behind the new enormous Walmart (Trafalgar & Hwy 5). Oakville is such a nice city - the superintendants are mostly women & extremely friendly. The Super's in Toronto are mostly lazy men who give us attitude when we ask for access to their Bell/electrical rooms. In 20 years, I may retire in Oakville.
