Another one bites the dust: package with customs

Just checked my tracking and it's now sitting with Canada Customs

I had carts with nicotine in the order, so I'm assuming they will not let entry. This royally sucks!!!

Anybody shed some light what happens from here? It hit customs this morning.

You won't see the status change after that.... it might show up a week to ten days later.

Five to ten business days, if the tracking doesn't move again after that..... expect a letter from HC and your shipment will end up returned to the vendor.

I just got a package from ***********, the return name on the package was ******* ****** so HC would never know it was from a vapor place. I do not know if they have anything you would want or if they ship to canada or not but if you order from places that ship with a name other than something with the word cigarette, vapor, or ejuice I would think that customs would not stop the package unless they are on a list of do not allows. Just a thought I hope it helps????

Ive had packages sit in customs for 2 weeks before they were released, no need to panic

My first two orders made from China when I first started vaping (4 months ago) sat at customs for a month. I received one of them, a box of pre-filled cartridges (50). I waited two more weeks and then, not knowing about the ban phoned customs, and asked where my package was, the lady on the phone said it may take longer if the items were different. I told her that the item I was waiting for was an electronic cigarette, I then complained about how everything that comes through Vancouver customs is slow and maybe it was due to the laid back nature of the province, I love Vancouver, she did not say anything for a couple of seconds and then said, maybe. I let her of the hook and thank you and bye. About a week later i received my Joye 510 starter kit from China. I don't think the phone call made a differance but it didn't hurt. I have a Provari on it's way. I will not be phoning them about this one, I will be patient.

I was beginning to think they would just throw it in the incinerator or something.

Btw, butterfly, please don't take this the wrong way but I think you should remove your post. It might be best for what's left of the Canadian vape community.
