Placed a very small order, just to try their ming "style" drip tips since they are dirt cheap, and some RY4. They only have one juice right now, dekang ry4. but have good deals on cartos as well. I received a personal email from Tim at VB promptly. My package came (free shipping) within days, and included a personal note from Ryan thanking me. They threw in a second drip tip for free as well!
