Another passthrough question for the experts

I have several njoy batteries, so I use the 510 cartos. I got to thinking, why not rig something so I can plug the carto right into my cigarette lighter? Some more research here taught me that what I'm talking about is a passthrough.

Is this one ok?

It's cheap enough. I can keep my batteries charged up for when I'm walking around, and use this thing when I'm home or in the car.

If it's not good enough, should I be going with something other than the 510's? Thing is, nice thing about the 510's is I can buy a pack of Njoy cartos anytime in a pinch. I'm not crazy about them. They burn fast like nobody's business, but at least they're available.

Looks good to me. Just grab a 2A USB adapter for your car and you'll be good to go with the Joye passthrough or a 5V passthrough like the one sold on this page: 510 Accessories

OK, yours is cheaper. But it doesn't have the battery pack that's charging. Decisions. I have a wall adapter that it 5 volts and 650mA Will that burn anything out? I'm not sure what my car adapter is. I'll look when I go out there.
