Rob is awesome !!!

nuff said ...... but I shall say a bit more.

Mentioned my top cap being off on my RM2 ...... right away Rob posts "got ya covered with the top cap buddy"

like 40 minutes later I'm reading a shipping confirmation from REOs mods :D

two days later an absolutely perfect RM2 is sitting here vaping up a storm.

In the more than three years that I have used REOs and known Rob there have so many occasions that he has helped me and my wife that it would be too much to list. To say that my wife and I are hard on PVs would be a gross understatement. Rob has always been there to repair or replace the items WE destroyed often at no charge or a charge that was so low that I was amazed. His generosity and patience has been awesome. That's why when Newman posted that REOs mods service was less than stellar I was so incensed that had I posted at that time what I felt I'm sure I would have been banned from ECF for life. I have neen a vaper and a member of ECF for close to four years. I don't post often but a large proportion of those posts have concerned Robs incredible service and very real concern for his customers. He is the best bar none.

I wholeheartedly agree and will proudly display the "Robert is Awesome" flag.. I sent him an email asking about a brass'd/milled RM2 so I can run it on some of my Woodvils.. I had an invoice in no time and it was shipped lightning-quick. The way he accommodates us Reonauts with our custom requests is leaps and bounds beyond what anyone could hope for. Sometimes I can't believe he has the same 24 hours in a day that we all share.. The man clearly has a full plate, but yet will not hesitate to take time out of his busy schedule to chat, offer advice, and mingle with the zoo-crew we have here. Remarkable.

On a side note, this brass'd/milled RM2 is gorgeous and butter-smooth.. Currently using it on my Bubing/Curly maple 18490. (Will post pics this weekend... )

I completely agree he is awesome! I made a thread the other day, he replaced two RM2's that seem to have been lost by UDPS ( no updates to shipping in more than a month). I chose not to have insurance, I contacted him because I wasn't sure if I was reading the tracking right and he sent me 2 more RM2's. this was completely my fault and yet he supplied me with replacements. IMHO you can't get better service..

i wreck it - he fixes it, seems he gets the benefit of testing to the point of ruination and i get the benefit of 'good as new' by return.

The most telling comment i can make is this - repairing mods that were bought in the classifieds to 'good as new'. I have a nasty feeling he does it just to see his old friends again! 'oh - you must be Trunker's Reo, judging by the dents and so on'.
