I've had my Provari since September, last year. It has been a little work horse. Very seldom put him down. He does stay home though, he is too large for this lady to pack around in public. I use my Reo Mini for that. :)

I was using all kinds of cartos, and atty's on this Provari. One day it just started giving me various error codes. E4, then E1. It has only had the utmost care. It is quite babied. (Of course I do have two kids, and pets. You never know what can happen to your stuff, when your not around. )

Contacted Provape. They gave me some instructions to clean my device. After 24 hours of letting it dry, still a no go.

Sent my baby off to be repaired. I am so impressed with the turnaround time. It was fixed in a day, and sent right back out again. They even emailed me, to let me know it was sent out. You all "Rock"! Thank you for such good customer service. It makes me glad I spent the extra money, to get a quality piece of "American Made Workmanship". It's like a whole new device now. :) You all went the extra mile for me.
