Today I began considering the help of doctors. I have printed out a brief summary of research for their consideration. They have much to gain for many of their patients by this product. So far there has been keen interest. The one stumbling block has been the long and widely held belief by the medical world that nicotine was harmful to the heart. However, an article in TIME indicates cardiologists are beginning to refute this belief. Some in the Pennsylvania Hospital have actually found - heart patients put on the nicotine patch have had their hearts get better. As well, with the information on air sanitization by the propylene glycol part of the atomization (Air Germacide-TIME) we should have a whole new world from which to elicit support.

I read this article somewhere else on this forum and decided at that point that I will be mentioning e-cigs to my GP on my next visit. The first question out of his mouth is always, "Are you still smoking?". This time I can say that after 3 weeks of using this device I have reduced my consumption of analogs by 70%.

In the next little while I will also be hiring a personal trainer to help me get my fitness level back to where it was a few years ago and the middle age spread gains any more ground. I will also be mentioning this to him.
