I saw a recent thread titled "Amazing Customer Service", and I just wanted to share the great experiences I had with vendors today....
I ordered an Innokin MVP a few days ago from VaporForce, a vendor here in the South Puget Sound area outside of Seattle Washington. When I ordered online, I chose "store pickup" since the address on the website was only 30 minutes from my house. I promptly got a personal reply from the owner, a military chaplain, who explained that he runs the show from his home, as our local laws do not permit vaping or smoking inside public businesses. Without skipping a beat, he offered to meet me at a central location at a coffee shop today, and I had no problem finding him because his uniform said "Chaplain" on it and he was carrying a plastic box. We sat down and we chatted about why he got started selling vape gear, mainly to servicemen/women, police, EMS personnel, hospital staff, etc. He chooses to sell only what he deems workable for busy lifestyles, units with great battery life, sturdy construction, etc., and chooses to sell only the juices that are local to Washington state or made in the USA that he has personally sampled.
He took the time to explain everything about the MVP, and brought several juices for me to sample (stealth vaping in the mall, lol!), and gave me a free bottle of a flavor that I ended up chain vaping (lol). I didn't realized that 2 hours went by since I was having a blast talking with the Chaplain who made a trip from a class he taught to military personnel to the coffee shop just to deliver a package. I would have been content with 3 day shipping, but Dr. Tim went above and beyond. Salute to Dr. Tim of VaporForce!
Also today, I went to Smokeless in Seattle, a new vape juice shop in my area, to return a defective eGo battery that I bought there last week. When I told him it wasn't charging, he took out some tools, tested it, and said "Wow, this is not good, I don't like it when products go weird like that because I want to be sure my customers are happy." He pointed to the battery display case and said "Pick any 650 or 900 battery you'd like, even the more expensive ones on the bottom shelf. Its yours, and I'm sorry this one didn't work out for you. I'm going to rectify this with my supplier right away." So I picked a 650 to be polite, because that's what I initially bought. He pulled out a 900 with a grin and said "How about THIS 900?"
I had a most enjoyable day of wonderful customer service, and I know these two vendors will definitely be at the top of my local vendor list!!
