Another Stupid Person...

The truth is, I never said I was quitting smoking. I just felt so physically bad I went and spoke to good friend of mine. He had some giant double battery vaping thing. I always thought it was a little weird but he hadn´t had a cig in 2 years. He helped me buy online my first mod and gave me some juice.
I thought well this isn´t going to work but I should give it a go for a few days because my friend helped me. I thought I should at least try and go a little while before it fails to make back some of the startup money I spent on vaping. Each night I went to bed thinking "dam, I didn´t smoke today."
After buying 3 pen batteries I gave up on them and passed them on to my girlfriend who is a vaper now. Now I have 2 istick tc40s backup coils and tanks etc. All this money was recovered the first month of not smoking. Now I am only spending money on juice. That is a hell of a savings after a 2 and half pack a day habit.
If it were to turn out that vaping was more dangerous then smoking I hope it kills me faster. That smoking was a sloooooow death.

I have been vaping for about 7 weeks now without even one cig after 40 years of smoking. I saw a good friend yesterday that I hadn´t seen in about a year. I told him the good news and this was his response ....
"Have you read, those things are just about as bad as smoking, well I guess it is a step in the right direction.etc"
So I just thought I would pop in here for a little support.
Tell him to watch this when it opens in theatres
I have nothing at all against people who smoke but I feel like some of the smokers who put down vaping are in denial.
I was there! I held firm to my smoking habits. Screw the government kind of thing.

You hang in there, Dan40! You're doing great still not smoking after all those years you did.
There will always be misinformed and/or uninformed people whose minds will never be open to change. So I wouldn't worry about their closed-minded opinions concerning vaping.
You know you feel better, that you're saving money, that you & your car & your house all smell better because you vape and don't smoke any more, and it sounds to me like you definitely enjoy vaping! So keep it up! It's your life, your money & health, and your decision!

I just thought a little good, honest, Paul Harvey commentary about what is going on might be the best counterpunch to what we are getting. I'm sure you can form your own opinion. It's those who evidently can't we need to reach.

People truly are ignorant and behave accordingly. Here's the latest to ring my ..... 'o meter. I was at a party earlier today. Lots of drunks polluting themselves and likely more than just liqueur going around. I notice a bunch of smokers out on the deck so I grab my Provari and head to the deck. Upon arrival I decide that I'd rather not go back inside wreaking of cigarettes so I head down a steep staircase leading down and I stand in the mud below the deck. My very first exhale gets caught by the breeze and ends up touching guy up top. He spins around, obviously angry, rants a few things while GLARING directly at me, snubs out his cig and storms back into the house.
You would think that I had just thrown acid in his face.
Will I lose any sleep over? Not a chance. Raise up your signs high fools, I want to know who you are.

No offense to your choice in Friends......but I recently joined twitter to Gauge the Political Climate as the election Draws Near.
There are some Really Messed up Soup sucking People in this Country. I'm talking buying anything sold without ever questioning Why.
Just tell your Friend you appreciate his Concern, but you have done your due diligence on the subject.

There is people out there that think it is just as bad as smoking. Even though study after study shows that vaping is 95% safer. It's not completely safe but it is 95% less harmful. I'll take my chances choosing to vape over smkning! Don't let negative feedback change your mind on it. It's what you like !!
That has to be one of the most bizarre ones I've heard! Good news is, you got him to quit! Must have been some "strange brew" you were vaping!
