Another T3 question/problem (how many of these thrads are there?) 0-ring issue

Opened up new T3, the rubber O-ring on the base that sits above the threads was displaced and came off when I unscrewed it. I placed it back where it belongs and no mater how hard i tighten it back together it leaves a gap. Albiet a small gap, it is larger than on my other t3s, and I worry it may leak. Any suggestions? As of this post I just filled it, only been a couple minutes so it feels like a ticking frustration bomb waiting to happen. is there a better way to get it in place? it may have twisted...

Maybe try flipping the rubber cap over?

It will probably get stuck to the post in the tank part but thats no biggie. Can be removed with a paperclip when you change heads.

Never mind. You are talking bout the large rubber not the tiny one by the wicks.
