Just got my replacement greencig carts from Drew today, and wanted to thank him for yet another excellent experience.
The last batch of mint greencig carts I got tasted nothing like mint, and a little unpleasant (I thought), so Drew said to send them back and he'd replace with a new batch, which he did promptly, even sending along yet another "extra." With the greencig carts, I've found that product control is a bit off in manufacturing, but even though Drew has absolutely no control over that he stands by what he sells, and that makes all the difference for me. Too bad we can't just get China to load the carts with Drew's liquid to begin with, then everything would be perfect.
I've been passing out Drew's information regularly, as more folks ask me about vaping. I want to make sure friends have a positive introduction to the e-cigs, and sending them to Drew I know they will.
As to Drew's "extras," every single one I've gotten has been a useful, wonderful addition to my vaping collection, and I'm just delighted to have found a vendor who provides me and my friends both quality products and amazing service (good grief, I'm starting to sound like a commercial).
