The following events took place over the dates listed, all the names are true unless otherwise noted. Some names have been changed to protect the guilty.
Oct 9th 2009 10:00pm - Order for KR808D-1 PCC kit place along with some carts.
Oct 14th 2009 3:00pm - Order arrives intact, and fast considering it was over a holiday weekend, hurray for me!
Oct 14th 2009 3:05pm - Battery refuses to charge properly just blinks stupidly at me never charging and taunting me, I hate being me. I call Drew at Nhaler and discuss the matter over and within minutes I have a new battery on it's way to my door.
Oct 16th 2009 3:00pm - Replacement battery arrives with a partial charge, goody! Charge it for a little longer and it vapes for a few hours and refuses to charge! I really hate being me sometimes.
Oct 17th 2009 10:00am - Call Drew and discuss the matter further and after two bad batteries in a row I am leery to go for a third. I am just about ready to say go ahead and it clicks in my head that I have been eyeballing the GreenCig kit. We talk a little more and a decision is reached, I will switch my order over to the GreenCig kit if it's possible, and we work it out.
Oct 22nd, 2009 2:30pm - Mail lady gives me either the thumbs up or the finger I can't tell which and I dont' care my GreenCig kit arrived, stuffed to beat hell inside my mailbox and torn open in the corner but not broken. I take it into the house my heart pounding with excitement over my new toy.
Oct 22nd, 2009 5:30pm - Battery is fully charged and ready to go. I fire up the medium GreenCig cart and after a few minutes set it down with a satisfied grin on my face.
Now after all that I am a happy vaper, who is thoroughly satisfied with my experience despite the difficulties with the batteries. I can't think of too many other vendors that would have 1) sent the first battery so fast without the original one in their hands, in fact Drew don't want it sent back to him 2) repeated this action a second time sending out a complete new kit 3) would allow not only the return of the kit with full credit towards a different kit and sent the kit BEFORE the original was returned!
So instead of waiting for me to send the stuff back and wasting time, then waiting on the new one to be sent and going back and forth a few times Nhaler/Drew did what needed to be done and then some. He did not have to agree to let me change kits, he could have said no I can't do that, but I can cut you a deal on it making a few more bucks for himself and I probably would have gone for it too but he didn't and that's something that you can't buy it's called integrity. Thanks Drew and in case you didn't know my GreenCig arrived today and I am loving it. Have to learn how to use it properly but once you do it kicks azz!
