Ok ill try to explain this the best I can. Recently 2 of my Manual 510 batteries are acting strange. Whats happening is, as soon as I press the button I can get about 2-3 seconds, sometimes less of vaping. The LED fades out as if its simply being drained of power. I have put these on the charger to make sure they are fully charged and same result after about 5 minutes of use. The first 5 minutes they seem to work normally. Then like clockwork, you press the button, begin to vape and the light just fades out to nothing. I searched the site, cant find anything unless im doing the search wrong.

Without knowing how long you had these batts, and how you treated them, its hard to say what the issue is. If they are under a month old, you should be able to return them for exchange. It could also be your charger, and the the batts. Make sure the terminal on the batts and the charger are cleaned. If you have other 510 batts that are charging fine, it could be these batts you are describing are simply bad.

The 510 batt should have about 300 charges in them, but after about 200 the amount they recharge is significantly less than the optimal 4.2V. Running them too hot all the time will shorten this further. When charging, if contact is good, and the charger is working properly, the batt should blink 5 times, and the red light on the charger should blink green every 5 seconds. If these things are not happening, either the contacts are dirty (they get that way from juice and electrolysis), the charger is bad, or the batts are bad.

At the very least you should have several backups, as these things do happen. I would get some, and contact the vendor if these batts or the charger are less than a month old. You will likely be able to get replacements.
