brilliant. i dont remember this one. did it air in the UK, america or both ? maybe they dubbed over english kids voices for the UK one. nic o teen is kind of a cross between wonka and slugworth...truly evil though.

Nick O'Teen lost his job and now lives under a bridge in South Florida. He bums butts from the other homeless.

His former employer, however, got a federal bailout and moved to an island resort in the Bahamas, which he bought and renamed "Smoke 'Em If You Got 'Em".
